This is a managerial role that requires excellent leadership skills, effevtive communications, and deeper knowledge of accounting, budgeting, analytical processes, as well as higher fluency with Word, Excel, and Adobe.
You will lead the all administrative aspects of a growing law firm including compliance, trust accounting, bookkeeping, and, in particular you will find administrative solutions to make the work place more efficient while minimizing overhead.
The role has the potential to grow to a c-level position as you grow with the firm.
