As a key member of the Africa team,  you will work directly with West Africa Regional Manager. You will develop, coordinate, roll out, monitor ecosystem restoration, agroforestry and supply chain projects with Ivorian communities and cooperatives such as but not limited to:

•      Poject design & management 

Hire, manage and train the ivorian team of field supervisors. Set-up, plan, cordinate and monitor the implementation of projects activities with the team of supervisors (agroforestry, cookstoves, beekeeping and awareness raising)

Build, train and manage local partners (cooperatives). Control quality of implementation, improve proceedings.

Manage project contracts & project budgets.

• Project Monitoring 

Monitor projects outputs : adapt and implement data collection tools, consolidate and analyze field data.

Update reporting and communication tools. Coordinate the monitoring of projects impacts.

• Projects development 

Assess the feasibility of, and design new ecosystem restoration projects in Ivory Coast : organize, conduct and report the logistics of feasibility studies, prepare and participate of feasibilities studies partners.

• Partnership management
• Team support 

Support his manager on key initiatives and business development opportunities including but not limiting to supply chain, social development, environmental and agronomic research.

Manage existing and, progressively, new activities in Ivory Coast.

You have experience related to the coffee/cocoa supply chain and/or cocoa/coffee agronomy,

You are a team player, and you want to contribute to a safe workplace,

You have an entrepreneurship mindset and good at management operations,

You are passionate about climate, forestry and ecology,
